6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that leads provided meet the criteria specified in your service agreement. If leads do not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will replace them at no additional cost or provide a refund as appropriate.

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by LithoWave and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LithoWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Compliance with Laws

Our services comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
